-Led the modernization of Bruce Power's enterprise Learning Management System by redesigning and deploying 30 production workspaces and over 80 training assets. The work improved navigation and user experience for approximately 13,000 employees across the organization.
-Optimized SQL queries used in Power BI reporting workflows.
Reduced processed records from approximately 4.66 million to 1.06 million by
refining query logic and correcting inefficient cross-join operations,
resulting in significantly improved reporting performance.
-Developed cross-system auditing workflows using SABA Analytics and Excel to validate enterprise learning data across SABA and TIMS. Identified 435 active-course discrepancies and supported content rationalization efforts aimed at improving data consistency between enterprise learning platforms.
